Hotel Festa Kranevo — Hotel in Balchik

12 summers in bulgaria, and this is the worst hotel ever. The breakfast was fine just like in other bulgarian hotels, except that it's not buffet style and being 1 star, you don't get diversity. But i've been to 3-4 star hotels that have the exact same food as 2 stars. I'm a very modest person and usually don't have preferences when it comes to hotel rooms, i'm not obsessive about location/cleaning/towels/hotel food or interaction with staff like other people do. The main purpose i pay for a room is to sleep in a bed, but here sleep i did not! And i had better sleeps in tents on beaches than here.

I did not have a single complete night sleep here. They've probably placed me in the worst position in the hotel, just in front of some tables where people made noise at night and they were staring whenever i changed or did just about anything in the room. I'd never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room i'm paying to stay in my life. Because there are no window curtains, and also outside there are lights just in front of the room. It's horrible to sleep in daylight conditions. You probably hear them at the tables from other rooms too because they are located in an atrium space. And because of lack of air conditioning you have to sleep with the window open and you hear them. They go there at all 3 meals carrying food plates from the restaurant and stay there until late night, talking out loud 2m from someone's windows is not normal. There are no real windows with insect net and i had to hunt mosquitoes before bed. The other bad reviews here are very pertinent even if i did not believe some at first but... Worst part comes here, there are loud children everywhere running inside until late night. There were 2 nights ruined by them. They are many and careless, they come without parents in camping style excursion trip with just 2 attendants sharing a room of 3-4. One time one was puking just in front of my door. I will not judge that, because drinking lots of beer when i was 10 on field trips i'm guilty off. Probably a tradition here that goes on all summer since the rooms are cheap. I will never come back, and will never buy overpriced frozen pizza in kranevo restaurants that have...

This hotel will not disappoint just returned from a perfect weeks stay ,the staff are helpful and efficient.the hotel itself is spotless can’t fault the housekeepers .the food is lovely and plenty of choice .it’s in a great location for the beach and old Nessebar town which is amazing .sunny beach worth a visit for the market .we always found a sun bed without getting up at the crack of dawn to put towels on the beds .the pool bar staff are all friendly and work so hard hot dogs .toasties chips always available .drinks are a good measure and plentiful .the hotel provides a bottle of water every day .there’s a kettle hairdryer and every landing has an iron and ironing board .don’t pay any attention to negative reviews there is nothing negative about this hotel .we had a fantastic week and will be booking to go back .it’s a beautiful country and this hotel will not disappoint .thank you all at festa panarama for a wonderful holiday in your lovely hotel and beautiful country .Alan and...

Ние бяхме настанени в тройна стая с 3 отделни легла, които лесно се събират и стават на спалня. Стаите са чисти и прилични. Обзавеждането е старо. Но в стаите е чисто. Жените, които почистваха на този етаж много се стараеха.

Баните са малки, но има постоянно топла вода. Огромен плюс е налягането на водата. Малко хотели могат да се похвалят с вода с такава силна струя. Оттичането също е безпроблемно. Баните бяха чисти.

Терасите - малки са. Но на всяка една има оставена сушилка за кърпи и два стола за сядане. Голям плюс е факта, че на всяка тераса има комарник. Освен това прозореца на терасите е разделен на малко и голямо прозорче, така че е помислено.

В стаите няма климатик. На нашия етаж нямаше и нужда тъй като хотела е обграден от огромни широколистни дървета, които пазят сянка по-добре от всеки климатик.

Няма хладилници в стаите.

Най-големия минус за мен беше храната Категорично не ставаше. Имаше количедтво за сметка на качество. Приготвена е зле с изключително нискокачествени продукти. Еднообразна, безвкусна и гадна. Картофеното пюре, които сервираха през ден беше инстантно. За вечерята 4 дни имаше зелева салата и руска от кутия. Един ден салата беше маруля, 2 от дните видях боб. Редуваха скара - кюфтета, кебапчера кърначета и наденици + различни печени бутчета. Два дни имаше спагети без нищо Скарата беше от онази най-евтината от магазините. Десерта беше или вафла или плод.

За закуска - всеки ден имаше кисело мляко сложено в купички, варени яйца, масло (подобно на маргарин) и някаква закуска. Степчетата за пиене няма даже и да ги коментирам.

Ние минавахме, поглеждахме какво има и обръщахме.

Персонала е любезен, но с храната не трябва да се прави компромис. Вместо да се опитват да поддържат по две нискокачествени основни ядтия биха могли да заложат на едно с по-висок клас продукти.

Най-големия плюс за мен беше цената - изключително прилична. Нямах големи очаквания за хотела. Реално нямам забележки за това. Но храната беше потресаващо зле. Вместо качамак и варени яйца - биха могли да приготвят баница, пържени филии или мекици. Вместо някаква евтина скара биха могли да заложат на традиционни ястия - боб чорба, свинско със зеле, пълнени чушки, варени картофи, бял ориз - ей такива прости манджи, но приготвени с качествени продукти.

Минус - лобито има нужда от освежаване. Плюс - на входа има четка за почистване на краката.

Басейна - дори не го видях, така че нямам отзиви. Интернета...
