Iskar Villas — Hotel in Balchik

There is couple things I want to point No reception and proper service They didn't accommodate us in the room booked from booking.com. Instead, we had to stay in room which was not comfortable at all. Room wasn't clean good enough. You can see that the bathroom hasn't been deep cleaned from long time. Just rinsed. Limescale everywhere. Just 1 toilet roll for 3 people / 3 nights. Room was dusty and the linen smelled bad. It was quite place but really far from the beach. Surrounded by bushes, abounded building and building in construction. The swimming pool was clean and nice. There was 3 desk lamps near each bed but unfortunately no plugs. So, how can you use them? Obviously just for decoration. They didn't put any effort to satisfy us about the wrong room. The only solution given to us was to cancel the reservation and find something else. This is my first...

The studio was very spacious, just like on the photos. There is a coffee machine outside the studio right next to the bed, so all guests use it in the morning and that is noisy. No toiletries in the bathroom and no door in the shower cabin, so the bathroom floor gets flooded after showering. It is quiet, walking distance to all supermarkets and restaurants, and to the beach. There is a terrace and swimming pool; shutters on all windows, so you can sleep well until coffee time due to vending machine. Staff is friendly...

Тихая вила в стороне от шума города Отель представляет новую виллу состоящую из нескольких отдельных 2-ух этажных домов. Расстояние до моря 20 минут. При наличии всего 2-ух звезд, довольно чисто и уютно. К недостаткам можно отнести: комнаты рассчитанные на 3-4 человек, с узкими односпальными кроватями, что не удобно для семейных пар. Бассейн не большой, но есть и лягушатник для маленьких детей. Так как нам требовались апартаменты, с отдельными спальнями, то их нам выделили в отдельно стоящим жилом доме на расстоянии 200 метров от самой виллы, кровати так же были односпальные, еще и постоянно разъезжались. Кухонные принадлежности присутствовали в полном объеме, включая мангал. В бассейн пришлось ходить за 200 метров. Что в принципе нас не очень расстроило, так как все время проводили на пляже. Так же к достоинствам отеля можно отнести: близость центра и ресторанов, отсутствие проблем с парковкой. Цена если договариваться по телефону не посредственно с самими хозяевами составляет 40€ за ночь (телефон можно найти в интернете), при том что на booking будет на 8% дороже....
