It all depends on which apartment they put you in.|Near airport you can walk if no luggage.|Clean and looked after pool area|Close to beech.|Staff are generally and mostly nice and helpful but they are intensely bound by black and white rules.||It depends on which apartment you are given.|.|As we arrived late at night we were put in D5. It was absolutely infested with flies. Too many of them and children have to cover themselves with sheet all time with only eyes peeping through. |.|Despite the advertisment says "we speak your language" there was no chance of discussing or protesting as the security guard standing lone in dark reception walked us to building and told us our flat with sign language.|.||None of us had a shower as the water was cold and we were not told thta we needed to switch the boiler on.||. When we complained next morning there was no apology. Only offer to upgrade to a better flat. There is no negotiation or compensation for the stress and utter disappointment we had in the forst night.||. We took the offer and the rest of stay was pleasant as the flat was clean and comfortable.||. In the first two enings we had satisfactory dining in the redtaurant.The day od our departure and at the pool area we ordered a burger for our boys. The menue did not say the burger had the perk of ham topping. The burger came with ham in it. We said we do not eat ham. The waiter who was visibly unhappy. She took the burger away and brought it back with bun without burger or ham. It just had tomatto and ketchup. We explained we a tually said we did not wantbthe ham but wanted the beef. They took the ketchuppy bun away and brought the bun with the burger but it was the same burger which was stuffed with the ham juice. We said we did not want this buger as it was the same original one and have been back and forth. The waiters were exasperated by our unreasonably demanding attitude and the called the cheff in. The cheff was understanding and said he would cook another burger. I write all of this not because of the importance of the issue but as representation of similar minor difficulties you may encounter.|.||There seems to be strict afherance to their rules and rarely you get anyone with adequate authority to offer some leeway as a form of compensation.|.||Food as expensive as in the UK but beer is much cheaper. A pint of beer is for £1.75.|.|I would certainly come here again but have to accept some of the above...
Read moreVery good location, beach is only couple of mins down the stairs and few restaurant within reasonable walking distance. car parking is free just outside the hotel.|We have arrived around 11pm and Reception only open until 6pm. security guard did not know what to do as probably was not told that expecting a guest. he tried so hard to sort it out for us. I would rate him 5*. when he got out room keys, he took us to our room which the TV was on, balcony door was open and there was an empty beer can. obviously someone was enjoying the room when we arrived.|We had one bedroom apartment and apartment was very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you may need.|Pool is pretty large and really clean.|It was very quiet when we were there beginning of Jun which was a bonus.|There is a restaurant at the beach and we loved everything they served. had lunch there couple of times.|we did drive there and was not even told that we had to use a specific car parking spot which caused a slight issue with another guest as we parked on their spot. Again Reception should have been taking care of this unfortunately the service from Reception was simply nonexistent.|All in all could have been better but apart from few small bits...
Read moreThis is the worst time in my trip and I'm really regretting coming to here. Your very unprofessional with your guests and you don't care about them as long as you get your money (which obviously our money wasn't green enough for you). I did pay to enjoy 3 nights peacefully on the Beach, when I arrived I found out that they take my apartment (they said something broken in it) and they can't give it to us and they didn't gonna give me something smiler, better or even worse in the same resort (although my husband offered to pay extra for upgrade ) they put me in a new building belong to them (5 minutes away )apartment with the construction view and the fresh paint smell which I have allergy from it and I started to vomit, when my husband tell them that they didn't care until we said that we will go somewhere else and ask for our money back because I was suffering then they offered us apartment in the original building but for 2 nights only and then they move us to another apartment in another building, so please I need someone to tell me what did I do wrong to deserve Destroying my holiday and keeping me upset and sad instead of happy and enjoying my...
