The Hotel is easy to find and is one of a community of Hotels, in the Spa town of Hissarya. As soon as you enter you have the sense of some 'class' about you. The room we had is a normal Double room, with a Double bed, but a little higher where 2 beds were con-joined, and with 2 single bed coverings. |There is ample wardrobe space for 2, for the duration we were there, with ample hungers and space for our clothes, and extra optional bed tops, if cold, stacked in one of the wardrobes. Plenty of lights in the room, but only a couple of elec. sockets. WiFi in the rooms is OK. There is a longish table with the TV and a light and tel.but only one chair in the room, which I found wanting. There are 2 bed cabinets, on either side of the bed, with bed lamps on the wall above. The beds were comfortable. The room has a half rounded balcony, handy to look outside, but there was no view of any scenery, other than the blank wall of the property opposite. |There is a basement Facility, with a large mosaiced Jaccuzy, of Hissar mineral water, with 4/5 rest beds one can rest on, after a soak, or a steam room treatment, a sauna soak or a massage(which you have to book for at the reception. The massage costs about 44 BL (22 euros) for a 40/50 min. session. We enjoyed those facilities with no problem whatsoever.|The big surprise of the Hotel is its Restaurant. Friendly waiters and waitresses, who all spoke good English. One of the waitresses lived in Leicester and London. Well equipped bar, nothing too much for the Staff and an excellent chef, who presented us with excellent, tasty and very well presented meals, worthy of a top class Restaurant. So much so, I befriended him and paid my compliments to him. My friends and ourselves were very thankful to all the staff for their excellent Service, behaviour and attitude towards their guests. Thank you ALL. We will...
Read moreThe hotel is a beautiful place near the excavation and mineral spring, it is not large, but very cozy. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with a mini bar and a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel has a small but nice restaurant where you can enjoy the unusual and delicious dishes. Overall the hotel staff is courteous and polite. The only bad impression was of the owner Maria who in front of the costumers and at 3 p.m. in the afternoon, went with hotel receptionist to smoke a cigarette outside (the entrance to the hotel) with cups filled with wine and whiskey. This is not professional especially to drink whiskey at the reception, although the...
Read moreI was for a holiday there. From our arrival I was forced to park my car against the parking rules, which later on caused troubles.||When entering with the luggage inside the staff was clicking on the remote control of the TV, but did not assist us even with opening of the doors!||The breakfast could be much more diverse and not with missing items, because they said - this item is finished - sorry!||||The staff began breaking the silence at the holiday hours at 7AM!||In the night the music was too loud - not possible to sleep.||||The second star I give is for the delicious food served in...
