Hotel Teres — Hotel in Kazanlak

We booked this hotel through booking.com for the 24th of may. We arrived into Sofia and drove straight to Kazanlak through a torrential thunder storm. When we arrived at the hotel we were told they had given our room away and had no other room free we asked to speak to the manager and were told rudely he was not there she said she wrote to us. If I returned to Kazanlak, I would go back to the Teres. During our stay the restaurant was being extensively refurbished and we walked down the road to a recommended restaurant which was excellent food and wine.
