First visit August 2025 This hotel was a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of. Our apartment room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—just a short walk from downtown Kazanlak and close to several museums. The peaceful atmosphere made for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. We’ll definitely be back! The only disappointment was the breakfast after we waited 1hr they brought us cold filo pastry and yoghurt. No drinks no jam no fruits. Very poor...

Yes we were among the first guests after opening but top marks go to this luxurious hidden location.||Trust your navigator and find this quiet corner not far from the city center. The staff is kind, attentive, efficient and they speak good English.||Rooms are clean, shaded and cool. The mattresses are marvellous and you can sleep one of the best hotel sleeps ever.||Enormous TV sets, clean and modern bathrooms, with excellent air circulation.
