They bake them in a specially made oven. …. Very nice interior and exterior in the style of Italian bakeries; … Wonderful details adding coziness - shelves with books for young and old, paintings, flowers made of fabric as table decoration, live plants in small pots in the form of teapots.

Feel…. …. Atmosphere of a small Italy - people are smiling and talking with pleasure and joy about the food they offer;

Listen…. …. Of course Italian canzonettas and folklore, which transfer us to Italy.

Smell…. …. It smells in the bakery of pastries and coffee- enchanting aromas!

Taste…. …. Everything! I highly recommend the homemade banitsa - fluffy and delicious local pie with cheese and eggs; …. Cake with apples and walnuts - with egg white crust on top - very crunchy! …. We tried Mimosa cake. Chocolate brownie layer, crispy at the edges, mascarpone filling with figs inside - fantastic! …. All kinds of cookies and sweets - Turkish delights, cookies, gingerbreads, buttercups, eclairs…. …. Homemade ham and yellow cheese sandwich baked in dough - it's wonderful! ….Coffee - their professional espresso machine is a rare model in which the coffee is extracted manually by a lever, directly with hot water and not with steam. From Italian baristas I know that steam is the enemy of coffee and that 9 pressure bars are essential for its taste. Here all the requirements for the perfect espresso are met.

Everything is freshly baked and very nice! This place is great. I highly recommend it and secretly dream of having one, the same in Sofia.

Винаги, когато сме в Казанлък минаваме да си вземем по нещо от тази пекарна. За момента единственото вкусно нещо е класическото "Тирамису". Прочетох в един отзив, че "Тирамисуто" с шамфъстък е просто боядисана сметана, а собствениците бяха отговорили,че поръчват италиански пистачо крем, но мога да потвърдя ( професионалното ми мнение), че няма и грам паста от шамфъстък, а си е наистина боядисана сметана. Днес си взех и от така наречените от тях "каноли", които си бяха чисто и просто едни фунийки пълнени с течен шоколад. Не върви, ако претендираш , че правиш италиански десерти, да подвеждаш клиентите си с неща, които не отговарят на истината. Препоръчвам да погледнат какво е каноли и как изглеждат!!! И за капак едната служителка, която миеше пода и почистваше масите се включи в обслужването на клиенти, без дори да си измие ръцете. Потресаващо!!! Другото,което ми направи впечатление е странната практика да си слага всичко в хартиени пликове. Дори чашката тирамису и канолата ми бяха сложени в отделни хартиени пликчета. Явно няма картонени кутии в Казанлък. Цените наистина са прилични и някакси не върви да се слагат продуктите, като в бакалница в...

Food was dead average. Could have picked up a better sandwich at the OVM gas station. Had the mac and cheese, they could not warm it up so you are expected to eat it cold, it was sweetish which was not too nice. The gluten free biscuits are very good.
