Hotel "Konstantinovi" — Hotel in Kyustendil

We stayed for 2 nights with my mom and my son. This hotel is THE gem in Kyustendil! It is beautiful, immaculately clean, and the attention to detail is in every aspect! The owners are there always and can always be asked and relied upon at all times for everything. We were there not for vacation but for something we needed to do in the area and they were even helpful with guidance and advice. The hotel is in a quiet area of the center but right next door to a mineral water spa/rehabilitation/pool facility which is actually very quiet and we never even knew about it until the owners recommended it to us. The hotel has very spacious, modern and clean rooms. Next to the reception there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with anything one could need. This came very handy for us since going to restaurants with a kid for us is always drama and there we had a normal dinner without the hustle of having to sit in a restaurant. There is a big refrigerator with a freezer that everyone can use as well. Modern espresso machine, tea are always available. The rooms have very cozy and cute balconies to enjoy the view of the hills surrounding the town. We are absolutely going to stay there again and we can’t recommend it...

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.The room was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect – just steps away from restaurants, bars, and all the main attractions. The entire city is easily accessible from here on foot.

Everything was super clean and well-maintained.
