Hotel Amigos — Hotel in Lukovit

I don't even want to give this one star. We ate here, the food was terrible, probably canned food. We went to the swimmingpools, and that was probably the worst experience ever. We asked the staff to see the pool, and saw the pool from the restaurant and it looked okay. After we changed into our swimmingsuits we went closer and saw that the pools were FULL of bees. In the pool and outside of the pool. And not to mention all the broken parasols. The staff refused to give us our money back even though we couldn't even dip our toes in that disgusting pool. Waste of money and time. DO NOT GO HERE WHATSOEVER! Dirtiest pools I've ever seen in my 30 years. Bee paradise. And to the staff: Take a customer service course or something. I'm so annoyed we didn't get our money back from...

Хотел Амигос, който се намира в град Луковит, е обект на всички негативни отзиви ... В хотелските стаи живеят всякакви насекоми: бълхи, паяци, комари, мухи...! Кърпи, възглавници, чаршафи миришат на засъхнала пот! Хотел Амигос е с нулева хигиена, не се дезинфекцира след клиенти! В басейните на хотела водата не се сменя, само се слага препарат за почистване на водата на басейните, която вода при поглъщане води до повишаване на телесната температура, повръщане, стомашни болки и затруднено дишане!! това се случи с мен, [бях отровен от водата в басейна]! Пих 5 таблетки въглен наведнъж, 4 лимона и 3 нурофен, 3-NO-SPA. Не препоръчвам на никого да отсяда в този хотел. Целият персонал, работещ в хотел amigos, се обвиняват един други го ,за несвършена работа. А версията на персонала за хигиената е, че са зле платени за работата си, затова нямало кой да работи.

L'hôtel Amigos, situé dans la ville de Lukovit, fait l'objet de toutes les critiques négatives ... Toutes sortes d'insectes vivent dans les chambres d'hôtel : puces, araignées, moustiques, mouches... ! Les serviettes, les oreillers, les draps sentent la sueur séchée ! L'hôtel amigos a zéro hygiène, il n'est pas désinfecté après les clients ! Dans les piscines de l'hôtel, l'eau n'est pas changée, ils mettent seulement une préparation pour nettoyer l'eau des piscines, laquelle eau, lorsqu'elle est avalée, entraîne une élévation de la température corporelle, des vomissements, des douleurs au ventre et des difficultés respiratoires !! cela m'est arrivé, [ j'ai été empoisonné par l'eau de la piscine ] ! J'ai bu 5 -comprimés de charbon de bois à la fois, 4 -citrons et 3 -nurofen,3-NO-SPA . Je ne recommande à personne de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Tous les membres du personnel travaillant à l'hôtel amigos rejettent la faute sur leur collègue. Et la version du personnel concernant l'hygiène est qu'ils sont peu payés pour leur travail, c'est pourquoi il n'y avait personne...

€20 a night. Good room with aircon and hit water. Fantastic pool area with bar and excellent food. Try anything from the grill and the potatos with bacon - amazing. Not a four star room but all in phenomenal value for money given the facilities and tremendously...
