Hotel “Perla“ — Hotel in Nesebar

arrived at hotel perla ,the out side look is really good, got to our room and omg a sofa for a bed for the kids and a room with a bed for parents, the description said one bed app and twin beds for the children , the sofa bed was like sleeping on bricks, the bathroom shower leaked all over and was like a swimming pool by the time all 4 of us had finished, the hotel staff not very helpful the food was not good thank goodness I didn't go all inclusive there was a separate pay bar but hard to get served on the pool area nice very cold pool my daughter was in the pool one day and found a broken glass at the bottom she got it out and I gave it to the life guard he just shrugged and said I have checked the pool, I was disgusted. sunny beach is a fab place with lots to do will be retuning but not to the hotel perla and the wifi...

The food was very poor. Food not used for lunch was brought out for the evening meal. No variation in menu, OK if you want chicken, pork or fish. Mostly found the food bland and cold or only slightly warm. Finally ended up eating out . Luckily the cost in Bulgaria is very cheap. Have never had such a bad experience in a hotel. The girl in the exchange booth tried to rob my bank account, there were conferences on all week so we could not use the games room and they took over the dining room,the owners son decided to have a party to 5.30 in the morning and the food was the same every single day.would not recommend this hotel to an enemy never mind a friend.
