The only good thing there was the location! For the 600lv we gave for 5 nights you get a room that has a bathroom with a toilet where the water was barely flowing, there was no travel-size shampoo and conditioner like in a normal hotel, instead there was a dispenser half-full with cheap hand soap. The lamp was with a timer and was switching off a few times during shower. The toilet water tank was not working properly. When in the room you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The balcony door in connected to the aircon, so when you open it the aircon stops working. The breakfast costs 12lv per person, but you barely anything for the money - the coffee is rubbish and you have a choice from 5 different meals that cost way less. The staff barely speaks Bulgarian and the owners were not very greeting. Will NEVER be...

I told the server who is also said to be the owner that had she asked me how I wanted my eggs I would have told her. The plate merely arrived with no discussion before hand. She responded 'we don't have time to ask.' That's the same as saying you'll get what we give you. They charge extra for breakfast. WiFi password not offered at check in. And host said she'd be leaving for the night. Got a breakfast room WiFi password in the morning but went without WiFi throughout the night before. Different password for bedroom than for breakfast room. Male attendant said he would not give it to me until later because he didn't have time. Returned to my room after breakfast to find someone had been in my room and moved my personal items. I have not yet made an inventory of...
