Hotel-restaurant "Bisser", Obzor, BULGARIA — Hotel in Nesebar

Before we entered the empty restaurant with 5 people for dinner, we asked about an unreserved table. The owner of the hotel / restaurant said we could sit at any free table on the lower level as well as on the upper terrace. Even ordering the drinks took over 20 minutes. The very young waitress, obviously inexperienced as well as nervous, served us 2 bottles of beer without glasses, 2 more drinks were brought in dirty glasses and brought in new ones at our request. Side dishes and main courses were ordered and we didn't receive them before another hour. Only gradually did the table fill up and unfortunately the side dishes such as French fries got cold by the time the main menus were received. It then took another 10 minutes until we received our cutlery. In the meantime there was no query regarding further wishes. The blame for this disaster clearly lay with the owner. When we left we confronted him with our complaints. He apologized saying he was understaffed at the moment and gave us a ridiculous 10% discount on the total bill. But what you can't excuse here is the undisputed fact that the owner knew about his staff situation when he let us and the following guests in. For the sake of his turnover, he has knowingly accepted corresponding disadvantages to the disadvantage of his guests, which makes his behavior all the worse. Trebuie să țineți cont de faptul că hotelul are 2 stele. Așa că dacă doriți comfort alegeți altceva. Camerele sunt in regulă, curate, mobila nu foarte nouă, dar e bine. Camerele normale sunt mici, cele superior sunt mari dar degeaba, puțin mobilier si prost pozitionate, pe colț. Pe balcon bate vântul non stop, altfel mare și plin de praf. Cea mai nasoală este baia, mică si foarte mică. Dușul pozitionat pe perete, fara o perdea, practic când faci duș speli toată baia, se udă tot, de la ușă la hârtia igienică, chiuvetă, wc, oglindă, tot. Ne-am obișnuit destul de greu cu ea, dar până la urmă cât dai, atâta face. Micul dejun, de slabă calitate, și același în fiecare zi, in schimb cafeaua a fost super. Poziționare hotelului bună, la 50m de o plajă mare, lată si nu aglomerată. Per ansamblu, dacă nu sunteți pretențioși, recomand, dar dacă aveți minime pretenții de confort, nu recomand! Probleme am avut și cu comunicarea, in afară de fiul patronului, sau poate chiar patronul, habar nu am, deoarece a fost iritat de faptul ca am reclamat dimensiunile băii si a reacționat neadecvat, nimeni nu știe altceva decât limba bulgară. Recomand rezervarea prin Booking nu direct la ei, deoarece in urma discuției avute, tipul dorea să-mi dea banii înapoi, să mă duc în altă parte dacă gasesc, o atitudine cumva superioară, chiar dacă era plătit tot in avans cu multe luni înainte, si nici o poză sau descriere nu sugerează faptul că baia ar fi cum am descris-o, și fă dacă poți reclamație la cineva, într-un sat de pe malul mării din Bulgaria. Acest lucru m-a deranjat cel mai mult! Nu ca o problemă, dar și parcarea gratuită este în fața hotelului pe spatiu public, pe marginea drumului, în 10 nopți mașina mea neagră era albă de praf Altfel, stațiunea frumoasă, mică dar cochetă, cu un centru frumos, restaurante, cafenele si supermarketuri la tot pasul. Plaja minunată, lungă, lată, nisip fin si intrarea in mare lină, recomand! Nu recomand pretențioșilor acest hotel, exista in partea de nord a stațiunii hoteluri de 4 și 5 stele, dar la...

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel.The hotel is located right on the sea front at the quiet end of Obzor ( South Beach I think).We had one of the delux rooms which was large and had a great balcony overlooking the sea.Air conditioning in the room and a free to use safe box in reception.The staff are very helpful---example providing parasols to take to the beach etc.There is a resteraunt on site where we had lunch every day---excellent food and good service.I would suggest booking directly with the hotel and not to use Booking.com as youu get a better price.The guy in the hotel speaks good English and communicates well via e...
