Imperial Heights — Hotel in Nesebar

Common area is clean and well maintained, pool was great BUT...Do not go there if the property is posted by Menada office. They have 2 houses in the condo. We've stayed in one of them and it was awful. AC broke, door handle was broken and we got locked in the room, there were spider nets all over the place. Bed sheets had stains or were ripped. Also host NEVER respond to calls or messages. Service was really really bad!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! You can find the other rooms in Booking.com where you can do your reservation in the houses maintained by the Staff and Manager...
