Good location, does not have its own beach but is very close to the beach (2 minutes). It is also located quite close to the old Nessebar (15-20 minutes walk on the seafront). The pool is ok, it can be an alternative to a swim in the sea on days without too much sun. The rooms are spacious (I stayed in the suite overlooking the inner garden), cleaning is done daily, towels are changed daily. The hotel staff tries to be helpful. That would be the positive thing. On the negative side I can mention the parking that appears to be provided free of charge for hotel guests, but you have to be lucky to find a place. There are a lot of abandoned taxis in the parking lot and so tourists do not have enough places. There is an underground car park but it is for a fee (20 levs per day according to the hotel website, 40 levs per day according to a receptionist !!!). Also at the entrance to the parking lot there is a barrier that is always high and because of this anyone can enter and park. Maybe if on arrival the data of the cars of the accommodated tourists would be taken and the cards for the barrier would be distributed, then it could be solved with the parking lot. Regarding the breakfast, the offer is not very diversified, but during the stay the products from the offer can be alternated and thus the monotony can be removed. One problem is the waiters, more precisely the waitresses who do not speak or understand English and happen to confuse or forget the orders. The most professional are the older man and woman. In addition to breakfast, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and then we ran into the same communication problem (if it's the older waiter around it solves any problem, if don't, you will have a little work to communicate) Overall Paradiso Aparthotel is a location that can be a good choice for to spend a beautiful holiday for those who are not extremely pretentious.

The view was great! The bathroom was bad. There was no space in front of the toilet seat, so it has to be used sideways! Not something you'll expect from this kind of hotel. Inside, the water heater was mounted ugly, above the bathroom door and the small mirror. The shower space itself was narrow, and no shelves for soap, shampoo, etc. inside. The whole apartment had cigarette smell. The chairs on the terrace were the cheapest plastic ones. There were no visual barriers between the terraces, so no privacy from neighbouring apartments when you're outside. On the big bed there wasn't one big blanket, but two separate small ones. The overall interior arrangement was kich, very different from the beautiful modern exterior of the building. On the reception the guy photographed my ID card, instead of just writing down whatever info he needed, which seemed a bit illegal. Overall, the place is ok-ish for the price and the nice view, also has parking, but next time in Nesebar will try somewhere else.

I almost have only good words about this place. The apartments are really clean and spacious. Perfect for a couple, but for an entire family as well. The balcony has a wonderful view, straight to the sea. At least the one I stayed in. The rooms were cleaned every day very carefully. The furniture was new, there was also a minibar in the room and air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. The hotel is very quiet, so you get to rest pretty well, unless there are parties on the beach nearby. The breakfast was very rich, diverse and delicious. The personnel from the reception was also very friendly. What I did not like was the fact that the pool was always cold because the sun waves could not get to it because of the hotel's tall walls. From this point of view, the architecture of the hotel should have been thought differently. I totally recommend this hotel. :)

Came to Bulgaria with 4 friends and stayed in a self catering apartment on the 2nd floor of the Paradiso Aprt Hotel. ||The building looks great in the pictures and The lobby was emasculate and staff were very helpful. ||The room was spacious with a double bed, 2 single pull out beds, a dressing table and single wardrobe. |The front room was open plan kitchen living area, with a single pull out futon. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bedding and towels. ||The appointment was very dated and needed a revamp. |Shower doors didn’t close properly which meant the floor got soaked daily. |There was a hole in the bath room wall exposing pipes and wires. Shower rail fell out a couple of times. We were never told about the hot water switch next to the light switch (which looked the same!) so hot water kept accidentally being turned off. |The hob took forever to heat up, which meant even doing boiled eggs took 20 minutes. There was only 2 hobs to try cook on, and one very small pan that could only fit 2 eggs and one huge one. No toaster, oven , grill or microwave. We were unable to cook a meal. |No kick boards under the cabinets so anything dropped would go under the cabinets and not easily retrieved. ||Smart tv was definitely not a smart tv. ||The walls were thin and could hear everyone using the lift or opening and closing their front doors. Could hear locals / staff / other residents chatting in the hallways and outside which meant a wake up time of 5:30 most mornings because of the noise all around, including street noise. ||Our “sea view balcony” was actually a view of abandoned construction sight, but if you leaned over a little and turned your body to the right, you could just glimpse at the sea.. definitely couldn’t enjoy a glass of wine on a deck chair and have a sea view. (Also there were no deck chairs. We had to use the very hard dinning room chairs on the balcony) |The clothes dryer rail was missing most of its rails too.|The walls were stained, most plug sockets were falling out the wall and not working. Felt like the apartment was giving up. |||Pool was constantly freezing cold. ||We did manage to glance into another apartment and it was stunning! So I guess it’s luck of the draw because stock photos are used when advertising and booking. |Not the value for money we...
