firstly im very well travelled worldwide and own a travel agency myself ,,,at first glance the photos are lovely of the hotel on tripadviser ,it does not look like this when you are there the pool looks like its full of sewerage not useable the hotel rooms are filthy like they have never been cleaned and is falling apart at the seams infact the only thing clean in the rooms were the towels they supplied, the reception staff was very nice ,but only started on our day of arrival they only accept cash for the room on checkin this hotel i would imagine was very nice in its day ,we had food in the hotel bar to be fair was quite nice ,the barman was helpful ,the area hotel situated was nice 100 meters down the road there is a beautiful lake with stunning views overlooked by high cliffs ||there is no where else to go unless you drive into pleven ,i was told that the hotel has many russian coach tours with many complaints of which im not suprised ,,||trip adviser what are you playing at send someone to look at this hotel and remove it from your listing we booked through booking .com this hotel is a health liability ||ive stayed in a couple of bad hotels this is by far the worst ever ...

OK so I only paid 80 levs with breakfast included about £40 for a double room. When we arrived I tried to pay with credit card s that I had used before and after successfully on the same trip, but the machine here wouldn't accept any of them. Luckily I had enough levs with me. The woman on the desk wasn't particularly helpful or interested. Anyway we got our key and headed for the lift. It didn't work. We hauled the bags upstairs and I headed for a shower, only to discover the light didn't work and the shower curtain (there was still a rail) was missing. The bedding looked as if it needed a good clean and I was too scared to look under the sheet at the mattress. The toilet cistern was running all night, but was drowned out by the group of youths running and shouting up and down the corridors until nearly midnight.
