Hotel Villa Kaylaka — Hotel in Pleven

I really enjoyed our romantic stay in the vila and I can recommend the place to couples that are looking for a quiet getaway. The accommodations were nice, the houses are roomy and clean, the bathrooms are clean and comfortable.|The water in the pool is a bit cold but refreshing.|What I didn't like was that I could not connect to the WiFi and the coverage was poor. Breakfast is not free, you pay additional BGN 10 for it, which is not such a big deal. |The biggest problem for people that stay in the vila is the restaurant, which is pretentious and with higher prices. The menu is short and trendy, without being satisfying to every taste. When you think Pleven, you don't imagine squids and quinoa to be so heavy presented in the menu. I could not say that what we ordered was satisfying and delicious as well... We were really hoping for a menu that had a vision for local and seasonal produce. I really find the restaurant a waste of money and time and I recommend that you go for lunch and dinner in town. |Staff was friendly, quiet and helpful. |You can also use the bikes of the vila for free, although they need some work done in order to perform better.|The winery below the vila is an interesting place to visit, because it is situated in a cave. |I enjoyed our stay in the vila and I find it a very nice place for a couple vacation or for a group of friends. The view is gorgeous, the place is calming and the exterior of the vila is pleasing...

I was stayin in Villa Kailuka this spring. I have booked an apartment through the phone, the reservation agent was very polite and everything was ok. I did not expect much cause the price was pretty normal. When I arrived with my girlfriend we were surprised by the Villa. There are separated apartment in houses situated around the main building an outdoor infinitive pool and a spectacular view. The vila is situated on the top of a big rock and below the hotel there is a big lake and a forest which provides fresh air. Anyway we were accomodated in our apartment and we had a big balcony with spectacular nature view. The bathroom was clean an big. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and statisfied every need of ours.||We wanted to pay for late check out but the hotel manager did not want to charge us extra money so he provided the late check out for free. The only thing is that the parking is outside the yard of the villa. If you go to pleven for a day or two you definately should visit...

This is by far one of the most beautiful places in Bulgaria I've ever been to. The hotel is located on the top of a cliff above a picturesque lake. It is part of a protected park area. The complex consists of 4 apartment rooms and 5 small houses. Both types of accommodation are very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel has a wonderful infinity pool and a small SPA area with jacuzzi, sauna and warm chairs. The restaurant offers amazing views over the lake and serves delicious food (although a bit expensive). There is a free wi-fi and parking available as well. You can also take one of the hotel bikes for a ride around the park area. Villa Kailuka is definitely a must...
