ECO Palace — Hotel in Primorsko

WE CAN"T BELIEVE THIS CAN HAPPEN !!!||Eco Palace - 3 stars hotel ?!?!?!?!?||We were 6 frineds in an "appartment" - no one door could be closed. ||- Everything was so durty, dead flies and spiders in the corners, old furnituries, very bad and cheap building. The door of the balcony couldn't close neither and when was raining the whole room was overfloating and we should collect the water all the time with the mop.||- The whole hotel stinks of а waste canal and mold !||- For 6 days nobody changed the towels and sheets! The chambermaid entered the room without to knock and when she wants.||- The painting of the walls and attic is pealing and big spots from water dropping on them!||- Two people slept on strechers ( they paid the same price) which were so broken that when you lay on them your body folds in four and you feel every part from which this bed was made! They could'nt sleep at all and have back pains.||- The sink in the bathroom was with mold! The telephone shower was spraying from 3 parts and the water goes everywhere - the floor is with an adverse grade and after the shower you have a swimming pool which water you have to pull to the other direction to the siphon! And you can't close the door! Tre days absolutely COLD water - the reason they give - its finished, this is normal in their opinion!||- Nobody on the reception! Never! You can ask the security - when you find him - but the answer for everything is " I don't know, I can't do anything "||- Breakfast: it was almost ten o'clock and the cook came out and started to shout to the server in front of all the guests: " I will not make breakfasts after 10! Do you hear me!". The previous day the owner was swearing very rude the server!||||The day before we had to leave the owner just said to us:" I will MOVE you in some other rooms separate because i have very important guests that already paid for this appartment! " - without to ask us, he just said it like the most normal thing in the world. ( We have already paid everything till the next day ). We didn't want because we had to spend our last day in packaging. He said if we don't want he will tell to the chambermaids to take everything from our rooms and move it in anothers. We say he can't do it and he took the phone and call the chambermaids! I told him this is already too much, this is intolerable and impudent! He got mad, come to me GRAB ME on the showder and TOOK ME OUT from the hotel !!!!!! He said this is his home and i have no right to talk him like this! He started to offend me! ||||Finally he didn't move us but our holiday was a disaster! We had no patient to go back home and sleep and shower normal. ||||P.S. We woudn close our eyes for the bad conditions in the rooms, but such of behaviour is intolerable and such of people should never "host" other...

The hotel has a good location very close to the North Beach of Primorsko. The staff is quite polite and welcoming!!!The air conditioner works, as well as constant hot water. The room is cleaned every day. There are many restaurants near the hotel with delicious food at good prices! People are polite and friendly. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the place itself, thank you all!...

Very comfortable place, definitely recommend it. The location is amazing, close to the beach and downtown. The receptionist is very helpful, cheerful and responsible. I have been all over the world but never had the chance to meet such a great receptionist as this lady, who definitely does her job at the hotel perfectly. I will definitely...
