Hotel Biser — Hotel in Primorsko

I've booked a room at that hotel for four nights between the end of July and the begining of August this year, to spend with my daughter, but the experience there was so nightmare like that we had to leave even earlier and move to another place. ||We've been in that hotel for few days also in past years, as the nature in that area is really beautiful - crystal clear sea water, clean and not crowded sand beaches in combination fith a nice oak forest all around, but in those past occasions we actually stayed in some not new but at least refurbished rooms (in two out of four of the hotel sections), where provided that we always spent only few days, the quality/price ratio was ok. ||This year they gave us a room in the most horrible 4th section, where all the rooms were old, dirty and stinky, with worn out furniture, broken springs of the bed matresses that wouldn't let us sleep, broken wash basins and showers in the bathrooms, moulds and spider webs in almost all corners, etc. We immediately complained and asked for a substitution of the room, but the new staff and the manager were so rude and insensitive. They behaved and talked to us as if we were disturbing and distracting them from much more important things (while actually they were not doing anything)..., then first said they would try to provide for the substitution on the next day as they had no availabilities at the moment and then they just forgot about us. We decided to leave earlier and after two days we searched for another hotel in the same area - unfortunately there are not plenty of them and they all belong to the same "holiday club". Eventually we managed to find a much better room in another hotel, that was available only from the day after, so we were forced to spend one more night in that horrible place. When we were leaving we asked for a refund - as they charge you the entire booking price in advance - but the answer that we received was not only negative, but also rude - they said we owed them that money as a penalty for early leaving...!!! Can you immagine that...!?!?||The food of the breakfast included in the price was always the same and with some small exceptions like the fruit (oranges and grapefruit) and the hard boiled eggs, was totally inedible.||We will never go back to that horrible hotel, even if they try to give us a...

The room had not been repaired since the building was built. Although it was one of the 4 buildings of the hotel. I think that the others were better. Anyway, nothing was changed since the beginning of the usage of the hotel. However it wasn't that important to me as I was there just to sleep and just for one night. But the place wa really calm and quiet. And the beach...

Grand place - has beds, walls, showers- does the job great if you only need to rest your head on a decent bed after spending your whole day at the beach. But that's all. Has old socialist furniture and architecture. Cheap prices though. So it has pros and cons. Has a restaurant with decent food. Kids disco on some nights. And 2 km...
