Update 9/23: The service has drastically decreased from the previous years. The Waiters were well mannered and kind but the kitchen staff and the reception was just awful. The Wi-Fi is really bad (even if it works). The food quality also has seen a significant drop (the soups are still god tier). Do bring some mosquito repellents since they still haven't gotten rid of the pest issues and have put 2 pathetic electric lamps that don't do anything against the mosquitos. I can't really recommend this place anymore. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning lady/ladies? did a wonderful job in keeping the guest rooms clean. The Food was also pretty tasty and there was a decent variety and choices every day (the couple of last days were a bit samey but still very good overall), you should definitely try out their soups , they were amazing. The Pool size is great and the hotel is pretty close to the beach. There is also a Pétanque spot to practice and play if you would like.

My only minor complaints was the fact that the Wi-Fi is of not so great quality and you can barely get any connection if you are not in the lobby. The Billiards game is also pretty pricey (4 Bucks a game). The alcoholic drinks were of low quality and the coffee was just awful. In a short: I will never come back here again. ||Negatives:|1. The pool is open only between 8AM - 6PM. Then it is forbidden to swim. |2. You can’t use any inflatables or toys. All restrictions are in the attached photo. |3. All furniture is damaged in some way. |4. There is mold in the bathroom. The photo is attached. |5. Our room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Only towels were changed. Even after we asked for it. |6. The staff do not speak English. If they do, they barely speak it. |7. The indoor spa or relax centre is small for few people. During our accommodation the jacuzzi didn’t work. The pool isn’t heated.|8. The gate on the bridge between the hotel and beach is closed at 9:30PM. |9. The surrounding area is full of garbage. ||There are few hotel managers. We met|two. Soňa was rude and impolite. The person who doesn’t like her job and you can feel it. She threatened us to leave the hotel the next day because we were swimming in the pool outside the permitted hours. Although lot of people were in the pool unfortunately she chose us. First we arrived we got room full of moulds.. had to pay an extra €103 for clean room..

Our agency EXIM TOUR just doesn't care, what they showed us just after we came back and tried to claim that extra cost..

Breakfasts were every single day the same.. no ham fot 10 days at all.. second day of our stay we got bread with green dots on it 👌

Snack was pizza every single day as well plus if you get a piece, you are the lucky one.. one guy making pizza for whole hotel in one owen, so imagine 12 pieces every 20 minutes.. then let everyone take as much as they want 👌

We arrived on Monday and they have started to clean hotel for season on Thursday, so 3 days we used the elevator in cobwebs.. died flies everywhere..

Swimming pool was awesome and really clean and also the rest of the garden.

Animators came 3 times a day for about a hour, which was sad as the always took away the speakers away, so there was no more music after they left.

There is many better hotels...
