Green Wood Hotel & SPA — Hotel in Razlog

SCAM!!! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to! I had booked a 4-day holiday with my family which was prepaid. At the time we arrived at the hotel, we wanted to have lunch in the hotel restaurant until our rooms are ready. The food was cold, under quality, you could not even chew it, the waiting time was super long, and the service awful. When we went to the spa area, the area was not heated, the water in the pool was under 20 degrees when it was supposed to be above 35 degrees. Some of the spa facilities were not working! The rooms were cold and dirty. Not even 30 mins after check in, we wanted to leave immediately and requested full refund of the money that we have paid. And they said they will make online transaction for 1000 EURO - we never got our money back. 4 months later we are still waiting!!!! They are LIARS!!|The service and hospitality are SUPER BAD! In fact, there is no service and hospitality. The reception and Management team were super rude....

Well... do not set your expectations to high. Visited middle of August. 30 degrees Celsius during day. No air condition available. 4 stars is a bit too much for this location. One side it faces the valley. The other shows some mountains and unfinished buildings Cons: pools are small. Preety small than can be seen in the official pictures. sunbeds are not enough for all the guests the inside yard is small and crowded the local drinks included for all inclusive guests are only coloured water. Icecream the same but frozen if you ask for a cappuccino or latte machiato they will need 3 bartender to fill the cup.. the taste is... complicated tried to book a massage. The receptionists answered after 2 hours that he forgot to book. He was sorry. Me too. waiters speaks a solid Bulgarian language. I do English.

Lovely, peaceful stay at Green Wood. The hotel was so clean, the staff was amazing and incredibly kind- everyone had a smile on and ready to help. We went for the all inclusive option and the food was brilliant, both in variety and quality. Lovely little spa with a steam room, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, huge variety of spa procedures available and the staff was extremely professional, we tried the aromatherapy massage and one of the hydromassage procedures and felt amazing. The hotel is just outside Bansko- we had a lovely view of Pirin's beautiful peaks.
