Spa Vita Springs Hotel — Hotel in Razlog

Not worth it despite the gorgeous outstanding view and the mineral healing water. The service is very poor, the food is terrible, bed sheets are as hard as a polishing paper, spa center is not working properly, steam bath is very dirty and not functioning most of the time. We booked for a long weekend and we were very surprised to wake up on Saturday morning to a mower noise. But this was just the beginning of long and loud construction works which included also concrete mixer, excavator and emery. It was impossible to relax and enjoy our vacation. The food is under all sanitary standards. The portions are small, but it turns out for the best, taking into account it’s quality. The kids portions are half the size but charged for a whole. No cold drinks and the wine list include whole 3 (three) wines!!!! Personnel is unfriendly with one exception. At breakfast there was always something missing: plates or cups, food, etc. and there was nobody around to ask for assistance. The coffee was terrible. I do not recommend it...

It was a while since we went there. To tell you the truth, the room needed renovation. Carpet, bed, mattresses, other furnishing are worn out. At least the linen and bathroom were clean. You could say the same about the balcony. Not sure about the carpet. We were on a holiday vacation, so the room wasn't so important. Also we had a nice view from the room. We were on a HB, and I could say that the meals were enough and also tasty. Well, meals weren't something fancy, but we didn't expected it to be. We have tried the SPA part. It is a large swimming pool, with hot water and a kid's part. There is also one jacuzzi. In that part of the SPA section, water was dripping from the roof. The also have sauna and a steam bath, which had some problems.||The title of the review says it all. We didn't have any problems during and after the stay, but the hotel is somehow neglected. You can see that all around.||Would recommend it if it's for a low price, and you are unassuming, but still, I wouldn't...

Not worth it even for a low price!! Review of situation in second week in January 2018 - On a negative side: not possible to pay with a card, meals are very poor and with bad quality, dinner is served in plates, if you order something in the restaurant during the dinner you will wait for at least 20 min for a drink and about 1 h for a meal even though the restaurant is almost empty, they didn't have cold drinks in the fridge, we literally cooled the beers outside, children are getting half plate for dinner which was not mentioned prior to reservation, for a child up to 7 years they charged us extra 8 Lv for dinner and if you calculate regular price for half plate is less than 8 Lv, unfriendly staff, terrible service... On a positive side: spacious apartments, clean mineral spa center. Advice: don't get tricked by low price. You will not get what you expect even for that...
