NICOLE Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Samokov

Phoned up today as we we're at the motorcross track which is located a short three minutes drive from the hotel. As usual boys were hungry, so I telephoned and asked to speak with someone that could speak to me in English, I dealt with a lovely young gentleman by the name of Alex who took my order and said he'd call me when it was ready for collection. When I went to collect our food the reception I got was lovely (something that doesn't happen very often in Bulgaria unfortunately). We've had food from this hotel previously and as always the quality of the food is 10/10 as is the service 10/10...

Amazing place, I don't think I've ever been so impressed by a restaurant. First and most importantly everything there was absolutely delicious.

In a side road of a small town is this restaurant that aims high and hits: different dishes are made with love, you can really feel it, serving in atmosphere are just classic. Definitely coming back to this region for the natural reserve and going to come to in this great restaurant again. Also value for dollar is a wow.

BEST DECISION OF THE TRIP

my friend and I just skied for the day at borovets and came back feeling super hungry at 5 pm. we came to Nicole and had an amazing dinner/snack for 6 euros each. we had AMAZING BREAD, french fried, fried feta with tomatoes and fried courgettes. exactly what we needed to recover from a day of skiing in the cold. everything was so yummy I couldn’t believe it. good vegetarian options and the meat stuff also looked good....
