The house is brand new and there is a warm pool and jacuzzi with mineral water. | There is a shared kitchen with all necessary appliances, where you can prepare food or make a coffee/ tea. ||We were based in family room with its own jacuzzi on the balcony and we did love it. You can use the jacuzzi anytime as long as you are quiet in the late hours as there are quiet time rules in the house. ||Staff are very friendly and nice. If you do speak a foreign language they provide you with the direct contact number for the management who are responding immediately. ||The house is very close to restaurants, shops, parks and the water spring called Gayzer. ||We have been advised that this is the only place in town with its own pool that accept pets. ||The town is very small and you can go everywhere by foot. Just returned from a wonderful long weekend stay at the lovely Rock guesthouse where we had great blue sky weather. Warm welcome from staff keen to show our large group the great warm pool, jacuzzi and large terrace with chairs and sun loungers. Lovely large dining area inside and great kitchen area on a raised platform. We stayed in room 12 on the second floor and very spacious with a fantastic hot shower on an either fixed or removable shower hose. Brilliant view of the imposing hills from the room balcony. Super comfy firm mattress that suited us perfectly. Lovely food served by very friendly staff that were very keen to make our stay memorable so thank you! Loads of bars and restaurants locally and a great place to stay to visit the famous Rila Lakes that were beautiful (£30 Levs each for the chairlift up to the base of the mountains). We stayed for a large group gathering to celebrate a special birthday. It was the perfect venue, with various room types to cater for everyone’s requirements. Catering was brought in, and the food was plentiful & very enjoyable. The communal kitchen & dining area was perfect for our large group, & is a very social space for a gathering. The pool area was lovely, with mountains as a backdrop, and our group enjoyed a relaxing dip. We would love to visit in the skiing season, as the trip into the mountains was spectacular, & can only imagine how beautiful it will be when covered in snow.
