guest house Relaxa — Hotel in Sapareva Bania

This is a family run place with Nicolay, as the part owner and manager, his girlfriend and mother all working together. They are amongst the nicest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. All the rooms (except one) are apartments or suites rather than just bedrooms. They are clean, stylish and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views of the town and the mountains. Location is very central. There is a spa bath with a waterfall, normal jets and a very powerful floor jet! A sauna and steam room are also included. The restaurant has a good choice of dishes and everything I tried was delicious. Complimentary breakfast is available from 8.30 to 10.00. My apartment had a fridge (useful for cold beers on the balcony watching the sunset) and a sink with kettle also available but no cooking facilities. It’s easy enough to make a sandwich or snack or just order from the restaurant. The prices for accommodation and for the restaurant are very reasonable indeed. I had my washing done here and not only was it very cheap but Nicolay’s mum folded everything very neatly, matched all the socks and all in all I felt the service was more personal and better than many 4 star hotels! I really cannot recommend this place...

This is a very beautiful , new, stylish guesthouse which also has spa & restaurant. The apartments are big, with beautiful view from the balcony, there is an air condition too, good wifi connection. You get everything you need there - perfect massage and the use of SPA , delicious homey food with good prices (about 16 euro for the couple: it includes 3 course meal & wine). ||The hotel located at the quite place - we haven't heard the neighbors at all. The sleep was perfect - very good mattress and pillows.||It is very conveniently located - 3 minutes walk till the thermal pools and to the grocery store. It is also very good location to explorer the 7 Rila lakes and other hikes in the area - 20 minutes drive by local cab, he picks you up and after you back - just ask the locals to call the guy. I recommend at the summer time to order the cab at least an hour before you want to leave the hotel, since they are very busy.||The hotel owner is very responsive, kind and helpful. The Sofia airport transit can be arranged with the hotel for much better price than all other transport service providers....

Guest house Relaxa, the women have been really accommodating from hr moment we walked in. We arrived really early from Blagoevgrad, in hopes of starting the 7 Rila Lakes Hike early. They allowed us to leave our bags at the desk, and they allowed us to eat breakfast (paid). When we arrived back they showed us to the room. The rooms are actually apartments! They are huge. Like a sitting room, and bedroom and and a bathroom as well as a small balcony with an awesome view. The guesthouse also has a hot tub, steam room and a sauna! Which we all used after that long hike. The ladies are so wonderful and everyone makes an effort to speak English. Puts all us to shame! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling alone or with friends or family. Wonderful place and so convenient for the Rila Lakes hikes!...
