Guesthouse JOJI — Hotel in Sapareva Bania

Guest house that is suitable for large companies. You can reserve the whole house as there are multiple bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The house has a big common room with kitchen perfect for gatherings. Downsides are you cannot play loud music because of neighbors complains. They even call the police, so definitely not a party place. There's ACs, barbecue, balkonies. The location is at the end of the town, which is peaceful but not really separated. There's a store nearby. Prices are decent. The house lady is relatively nice but not really and pops up uninvited in the rooms and the common room....

The old lady was extremely unpleasant and was always lurking around. The house is near ruin , and it looks like it’s going do brake down in your sleep. Everything is falling apart due to the lack of maintenance, and the old lady is just waiting for something to brake down during your stay , so that she can want money for it. I highly do not recommend this place. The lady is just scamming the guests who come , just so she can renovate all the things falling apart. Definitely will...

I should have heeded the most recent reviews. The owner refused use of the air conditioning, even though it was explicitly stated as a feature of the room on booking dot com. The shower did not drain correctly, the internal walls are paper thin, so when someone uses the plumbing in an another room, it sounds like an eruption of a nearby volcano. Avoid like the plague, one of our worst stays on our trip...
