It is a clean hotel with friendly staff where you can stay safely and with your family. It is one of the best hotels you can find in Shumen. The rooms were clean and the staff helped in everything. It is a very good hotel for this price. I was very pleased if I go again. The room had 1.5 by 1.5m bath and toilet (combined). There was no way to turn inside without touching the bath water nozzle, the sink or the toilet. The room itself was small but ok. There was a bad suage smell comming from the bathroom and we had to keep the door closed. Because of this when we had to use it was cold inside and really smelly. For the price we paid there are nicer places. Maybe it is such only for this room but still it is unaceptable for a hotel to have rooms with such small combined...

Spotless clean, kind and helpful staff, location right in the center with convenient parking. The furniture is one of a kind and made me feel like a princess.
