the staff is horrible, we were woken up from our sleep by an employee, who when we opened the door did not speak any international language, he entered the room above us to go to the terrace to turn off the light, we stayed at the hotel pool, and the staff sat next to us and laughed loudly and made jokes in their language (Bulgarian)! Too bad they have a big, beautiful and clean swimming pool! Except the girl at the reception speaks English, the rest of the staff doesn't at all, if you speak to them in English you irritate them quite a lot! He goes into the room every day to make the beds, but he doesn't change the towels or the linen! You can only pay by card for 10 BGN or more, you can't charge the consumption on the camera, for a juice you must have cash, otherwise you can't buy, or you have to buy more products to exceed the 10...

The Royal Calisto Hotel has a very friendly administrator who will always help you with any questions. We really liked this hotel, my wife, little daughter and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and were very pleased! The room is spacious, cozy, equipped with everything you need. We were kindly provided with a crib for the baby. And the most important and pleasant thing is that they helped us organize dinner. Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, impeccable service. The rooms have been renovated recently, but it seems that they did not have the time to apply the finishing touches. However, it looks decent, it's clean, the furniture is new and it has AC. The hotel pool is only accessible until 7pm which for us was not enough. The food was...not.so great and the waitresses can barely speak English (one of them couldn't even umderstand that we wanted TWO pizzas. All in all, my beef is not with the hotel, but the surroundings, which look like a third world country with no urban...
