Park Hotel Romantica — Hotel in Svilengrad

If you read my previous review, do not go by it any more. Also I wrote detailed review of how this hotel sank down and it was deleted from BOOKING.COM||||Hotel has new management and they have done everything to make it TWO STAR HOTEL!!! - what am I saying... NO STAR HOTEL! - ||here is what I complained about and answer I got.||||1. Room climate control does not work - We are sorry, we have new management.||||2. Breakfast they serve was only what they give you on a plate - 5 olives, three small pieces of cheese, three slices of budget salami, and jam and butter in those small plastic containers they serve on cheapest breakfast places and terrible tea - We are sorry, we have new management.||||3. Dinner a-la-carte is served by a guy that only brings you a plate and toss it in front of you, served just as someone just grabbed it with a ladle and toss it in your plate ( as in comic books depicting SPAM rations in food line - SPLAT!!! and go!) , and tea is cheapest they could find - We are sorry, we have new management.||||4. When just 4 months ago food was delicious, now is just - edible... and served .. terribly - We are sorry, we have new management.||||5. Guy who served it had TERRIBLE UNBEARABLE BODY ODOR LIKE HE HASN'T TAKEN A BATH FOR THE WHOLE WEEK - We are sorry, we have new management.||||6. The same guy ( who was not present first time I was in hotel) had BO ( really, it REEKED) then as well and I complained even then but thinking.. ok.. it can happen... although it shouldn't in 4 star hotel but still I am forgiving person.. no no nooo... he didn't was and he was there again, serving me a SPAM tossed like dinner pushing his armpits to my nose... GOOD LORD!!!||- We are sorry, we have new management.||||7. Prices went up a little since I was there last time - We are sorry, we have new management.||||Guess what - NEW MANAGEMENT - NO GUESTS RETURNING!!!!!||||I checked out after this INSULT OF A BREAKFAST ( I ate better in 2 star hotels, trust me!) and went out to a nice breakfast at restaurant ||||This review ( not the same words but same contents) was deleted from BOOKING.COM. ||||Don't go there. I surely won't...

I have nothing to complain about. For a one night stay it was brilliant. The ladies at the reception were flawless, polite and smiling. The rooms were super, a little bit worn-out but they have everything. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I was eager to use the pool, but unfortunately it was closed. There is a free parking, and the location is good. The breakfast was superb, and there is a restaurant in the hotel. If you want there is an amazing restaurant near by. Stayed here for 4 nights on a trip to Svilengrad. Although the hotel has reasonable facilities (a pool, spa, 24 hours café) its rooms are dated and could do with some serious re-decoration. Many are not clean and you can see the greasy stains on the headboards from previous guests. The no smoking rooms do not seem to have the no smoking enforced. Laundry service is expensive for this town.||On the positive side the service was ok and...
