Guest House Аnestievi — Hotel in Tsarevo

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 4 nights (5 days) on the 4th floor in one of the studios, and we’re displeased.

I want to mention the good parts of this place first, there’s a shop really close, and a T-market if you need something not in the small shop. The owner (lady) is very kind and well mannered) The place is far enough from the center where you have peace and quiet, but a walk to the beach isn’t exhausting. It has essential cutlery, good parking spots, good AC, some dishes and kitchen appliances so you can cook. There’s cute cats in the lounge area before you enter the house.

The things we didn’t like are quite a few. The balcony is quite dirty, there are only a few outlets (that aren’t used for something essential) and the one next to the couch was so loose that when I unplugged my phone the outlet came out of the wall. The bed upstairs made so much noise we felt like it’s going to collapse while we sleep. The AC unit is right in-front of the bed, so cold air is blowing straight at you while you sleep. After we pulled one of the outlets out of the wall there wasn’t another convenient outlet apart from the one for the AC upstairs (still uncomfortable spot for charging), and down stairs there’s a random outlet 2.5m in the air that’s unusable. There’s also one above the oven, which is in an uncomfortable spot if you want to use the phone while charging. The oven looks very dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned for the past few years. The water for the shower is very hard to set, it goes from scorching hot to freezing cold, and it took like 10 minutes to get right. The walls are very thin, you can hear all the neighbours and when a family brings 3 yelling kids back home at 11PM sleeping is rough. In the corridor on the first floor it’s completely even during day time, so you can imagine how fun going up to the 4th floor with luggage was.

Честно казано има дадени липси. В стаята липсва контакт до леглото, вентилацията в банята не е оптимална. Като изключим това още едно кошче в самото студио не би било излишно, както и удобства от сорта на малки шампоани/сапун, които са задължителни за стая под наем в курортен град. Но цялостно студиото в което бях беше чисто и подредено, всичко работеше и нямам други оплаквания. Изглежда така както на снимките. Има уместен паркинг да оставиш автомобил. Също бих препоръчал да има лампи с фотоклетка между стаите и на стълбищата, доста е тъмно във всеки период от денонощието. Получих и любезно отношение от домакинът, което следва да...

Като цяло приятна обстановка, мебелировката е интересна. Чисто е. За съжаление има само голяма кърпа оставена, малка няма, поне за лице за банята да имаше. Стол с облегалка няма, дори на терасата са табуретки. В коридора към стаите е пълен мрак дори през деня, не се виждат ни стълби, стая, нищо. Кучето им беше затворено вътре първата вечер и 2-3 часа непрестанно лай и виене. Бойлера не бяха включили явно и първият ден топла вода имаше вечерта чак. Определено има какво...
