I will start with the location entrance which is hard to find, the fact that the staff doesn’t speak English, I will also mention that you receive many keys to get into the building (about 6 keys) and you have the feeling you are in a prison. The check in process last very much, about 45 minutes and the staff requests a deposit of 50 leva that they don’t mention anywhere and you can only pay cash, if you don’t have cash you must find an ATM otherwise they don’t give you the keys and this will take away of your time vacation another 40 minutes. The advertising of the rooms is misleading, I thought I booked an apartment from the pictures posted in the description and the name of the room “apartment” and in fact I received a studio at -1 floor (semibasement) with a view of a wall in front (horror). The studio is only 18-20 metres and has a lot of furniture and it makes it almost impossible for 2 people to get around the room. They are misleading their clients and make it impossible to leave; we requested our money back and wanted to leave and they said we are free to go however we won’t receive our money back. A very very disappointing experience and we will never go back there. Misleading. All accommodations are at -1 level. They have pictures of apartments but most of the time they will push you into an studio and blame it on you. Their staff speak English poorly, so your complaints will not be solved. Basically you have two choices, leave, with your money taken, or stay, even if you basically booked something else. The whole checkin process is a 30-45minutes pain in the back, because the building is a fortress, the parking is at -5, and you will have a fist of keys, tags and remotes to enter and leave the building. Everything is setup so that it will be difficult for you to back down once you get to the studios. Hence making if hard for you to just say no and leave. Don’t get me wrong, the place is okayish, but the whole experience is bad. The staff, the process, no view, the overcrowded furniture for a studio (who needs a full fridge, a washing machine, an oven in a 18sq meter studio?). The staff were friendly and helpful from our first email communication about availability to when we were checking out.

The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and very comfortable with everything that was needed for our stay and the location being directly opposite the medical centre where my mother had an appointment was extremely convenient.

It was nice to be able to return to the apartment and relax while waiting instead of staying at the clinic.

Although the dining options close by were limited having a kitchen and being able to walk to a supermarket was fine.
