Argisht Palace — Hotel in Varna

Rated as a 3 star hotel on travel sites, but instead a 2 star, without an reception of his own, shares it with a nearby 2 star hotel. You are "welcomed" by a pile of trash just on the entrance. The "restaurant" is just a tent in front of the entrance. Food is normal. The staff of the restaurant is very receptive and nice, not like the hotel ones, who don't care about anything. Situated on the hills, you can get to the beach using the "lift", but the program of it it's just how the boys operating it want: last call at 17.30, or 18.00, or maybee 19.00, never knowing exactly. If you miss it, there is a long walk to the hotel, 30 min by the busshes. We asked the towells to be changed after 2 days but they did't care, and in 4 days they didn't clean at all the room. Free parking is across the road in a dirty yard but everyone parks on the street, it's much safer. All inclusive is just for them, you can get only draft beer and some sodas. That's all! A big NO...

Am incercat sa nu caut nod in papura. Cazarea, apa, mancarea, personalul fac tot ce trebuie ca turistul sa se simta bine. Este animatie dar mai mult pentru copilasi. "All inclusive" cel consacrat in ultimii ani la bulgari. Este oferta dar in mare parte mai asa light! Dupa ora 20 poti sa mergi la culcare, deci locatia este in mare masura pentru odihna. Parcarea este 8 leva pe zi. La mare se merge cu telescaunul, program 09-18. Piscina este utilizata de catre turistii de la Arghist Palace si Bona Vita. La mare sunt doua zone amenajate pentru turistii de la Bona Vita si pt cei de la Arghist Palace. Cateva precizari pt cei de la Arghist: plaja amenajata pt Arghist are un dublu rol( adica in weekend responsabilul plajei rezerva paturile randul unu si doi pt asa zise grupuri care au rezervat iar tu mergi in randul trei. Pai e plaja hotelului sau nu? Cei de la receptie nu vor sa se implice. Saltelele costa 1 leva. Receptia este la Bona Vita. Asigurarea cu sampon, schimbul lenjeriei, prosoapelor la doua trei zile(asta daca vorbesti). In ultimul rand ei spun ca hotelul eate in Nisipuri! Gresit! Hotelul este in Ceaika! Raport pret/calitate, drum, taxe in raport cu litoralul din Romania inca este inclinat catre Bulgari. Ai bani mai multi mergi la fite. Atasez poze cu responsabilul plajei!...

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. It was an amazing stay. The food is phenomenal. The administrator knows the answer to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The travel with the electric chair was a fun addition. The style, architecture and the flair of the building is exceptional. Cleaning was on time. Everytime you enter the building there is a fresh and clean air. We enjoyed every second...
