Brilliance — Hotel in Varna

I am not sure where exactly to start from. The hotel is not so bad as a facility but the service is one of the worst I have ever seen. We traveled with a group of ten friends and when we were "welcomed" in the hotel it turned out that one of the apartment that we have prepaid for the first night was already occupied and they offered a double room but we were not informed before arrival for this issue. The second problem is that the rooms are quite different in size - they are all double but ones are soo tiny that you can hardly put your suitcase in. Another bad thing - the cleaning in the rooms....bathroom was so dirty and when we asked about making up our rooms they said that it was done once in two days (for a hotel costing BGN 72 for a double room and claiming to be a tee-star hotel at least they can have a person cleaning the rooms every day). Continuing with the bad things about this place...a massive problem with the hot water - when you come back from the beach it is almost impossible to take a normal shower you either shower with ice cold water or wait more than half an hour to have some warm water. The service in the restaurant can get even the calmest person out of his mind - the waitress does not know what she is doing at all...you order one thing and get something different. And it is not like there are hundreds of people eating at the same time...it was only our group...I cannot even imagine how can you mess up an order of 2 coffees and a juice. During our stay nobody asked if there are some problems...actually it is hard to see a person from the staff. The only good thing in this place is the pool but it surely cannot compensate use for everything else. One more thing, the beach is not close at all. Overall, we will never return and we will advise all of our friends and acquaintance to never spend their money on this...

-The nearest beach is at the distance of 4 kilometers. Wild beach isn't so far but there are many stones there so that difficult to swim!||-if your windows go to the side of the road, you find yourself at the difficulty to sleep.||- The cleaning of the room is awful. Firstly, you have to ask to clean your room, otherwise you find your room at the same position you left it. Secondly, the cleaner doesn't scrab the floor properly!!! There is dust on the table, headboard. Moreover, I had a look under the bed: there were a lot of grits.||-breakfast is the same: five dishes but made of the same ingredients! ||- the staff is divided into two groups : friendly people and unfriendly!||- the shower has no special zone it shares the floor with the toilet. Moreover, it has no curtain!||- the wc door has no latch!!! Before closing it, you have to slam it. Just imagine you do it while your partner is sleeping!||- the electric outlet doesn't work in the toilet. I think it is because of shower: when you take a shower, everything is wet.||I saw sanitary pads, toilet paper in the see in this district. The old woman said that in this area there is no sewerage!!! So that we use the bus to go to the central beach.||+ wifi.||+ tv (a lot of channels).||+price.||+ the bus stop is two minutes on foot.||+ renovation...

Quite a nice and pleasant hotel. Clean and good rooms, close to the sea and city centre, and very cheap||Food is good, restaurant is big. Breakfast is nice.||It is not a 4 star luxury hotel or anything, but is a nice stay, hadbalcony and pretty pictures and paintings every where ||Some minuses were:||Car park is difficult to drive into and is poor(not a real road or anything)||The shower wasn't great as it was a small wet room and everything in it (including toilet paper) kept getting wet, really needed a screen or curtain||The balcony looked-ou onto main motorway... very noisy during the day.||||But overall a nice...
