I stayed with my wife in this hotel, during a 10 nights holiday (room 202 at 2nd floor), being provided with only breakfasts and dinners by its restaurant.||STRENGTHS||-General; excellent location (central, close to beach), big own parking, big and well maintained outdoor pool (35n x 50m, 1,70m deep), multi-functional and well maintained fitness/ medical center (with SPA and big indoor pool), own (outdoor and indoor) bars, own brewery (with DJ, outdoor), indoor market/ shop, own money exchange office, free and good Wi-Fi connection (in our room at least), large lounges with air conditionners, low prices||-Room: good phonic insulation, good beds, useful and clean balcony, nice view to the sunset, outdoor pool and hotel trees ||-Restaurant: very good french-fries and yoghurt (available every day!), large and clean rooms and tables, quick clearing of tables, ||-Staff: available, polite, efficient, multilingual (bulgarian, russian, english, german) and professional, all providing customer-oriented services||||WEAKNESSES||-General: Hotel’s yard deserve and need much better paving, maintenance and lighting. Information about services provided by fitness/ SPA center and their prices is very succint and deficient, lack of maps and posters showing Golden Sands routes, hotels and restaurants. The Wi-Fi free acces should be guaranteed for all hotel rooms, not only at lounge..||-Room: During our 10 nights i this hotel, our room was NEVER cleaned and our linen was NEVER changed. We had to ask DAILY to cleaning personnel (which does not understand foreign languages) to empty garbage baskets, to change towels, to provide new toilet paper!||The bath-WC small room (inside our room) provided always an owfull smell, because its ventillator was fully uneffective… ||-Restaurant: unefficient/ counter-productive management of kitchen and provided food (its selection, offer, disposal and presentation) generating frequent „socialist” waiting lines for everything, limited choice of foods, bad or lacking communication of food designations, etc.; unefficient and few coffee distributors, low quality provided water, „juices”, sweets, ice cream and bread; unavailability of alcoholic beverages (beer and wines) and good fruit juices for non-„all included” customers, even if they were interested to pay for them.||-Staff: luggage storing room is very small, dirty and unsafe ; luggage trafic can not be controlled by...

Even in third world country they treat you better and present you with quality food at buffet.|When I made the reservation via "Love Holidays" I called the Hotel to instruct for a room on lower floor and close by lift. replied with no problem at all.|Arrived at 5am due to delay flight and was assigned a room on the third floor.|Room was smelly, small, linen were just covering mattress, no A/C as advertised, fridge filthy, dust and sand on the carpet, spare pillow in wardrobe was discoloured and marked with blue stain, could hear mouse or pigeon or pest in the ceiling moving around.|Next day when back from beach, lift not working, in fact lift not working few times.|Breakfast unusual, scrambled eggs were indescribable and awful, plastic and very cheap glasses were available for very sweet drinks.|No croissant available,|No toast machine available,|Soup at first was cold, although it improve at later days.|Staff not willing to welcome or knowledge your presence, in fact they look elsewere unless you are a Bulgarian.|Pool seating sun lounger very filthy,|Mattresses extremely dirty,|Contrary to pictures shown on website, no food is available in the restaurant except buffet,|Feel unsafe travelling in the lift going to floors,|Hotel needs very desperately renovation and updating.|Ask at reception for more shampoo, was told yes yes it will be delivered, nothing happened.|The only good speaking English receptionist was SIMONE, friendly, willing to help and above all:...
