Marina Residence Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Varna

We booked a week in this hotel 8 months prior to our visit. We were not asked for forward payment or even a deposit. After the initial communication we heard nothing more. |When we arrived at the hotel we dubious as to wether they still had our booking but fortunately they did. |It looked really nice from outside although there was some evidence of a building extension taking place it wasn’t a problem. |Our room was a huge surprise, it was large, with settee, easy chair and a very comfortable bed. It had air conditioning, fridge, kettle and tea making facilities and a large well appointed bath/ shower room. It was at the rear or the building and was very quiet. |The breakfast (included) was a little limited but was ok. |The outside area and swimming pool was lovely, although subject to some road noise and non resident visitors. |This hotel is about 4 km outside the centre of Varna so it’s a drive or a cab away from most things although, we didn’t find it a problem. |It’s a good value, small, hotel with a...

This is such a well-designed and well-run hotel. Very friendly staff, especially the receptionist Bilyana, who gave us a very warm welcome when we first arrived and then chatted with us the next day and suggested some places to visit. The hotel is next to a busy road, but it’s so well designed that you’re not aware of it when you’re inside—it feels secluded and private. There’s spacious private parking and excellent WiFi. Our room was large and extremely comfortable—much better than we expected in this price range. Very convenient and comfortable place to stay—highly recommended! We booked this getaway from Cyprus. Personally on arrival i found the service very good.||The Hotel is situated on a main road but this never bothered me either during the day or night as the hotel and rooms are about 50-60m from the main entrance.||||I found the breakfast buffet didn't have alot of choices to choose from but thats actually something we preferred.||||I can 100% recommend the Studio deluxe to anyone.||Also the Gym was equipped rather good with weights etc that i use for my workouts.||||Overall was an...
