It was a lovely place and the owner Steve was very helpful. Location was great, we could walk to the crab market and lots of local restaurants easily. The national park was right near to it and we spent a great few hours exploring the park seeing a variety of animals, birds and butterflies. We stayed in a wooden bungalow which was perfect, hammock and bench/chair on the porch, mosquito nets over the beds and a fully equipped bathroom. There was even tea/coffee making facilities and two fans which helped us stay cool. Steve helped us book a tuk tuk for half a day and the bus to Phnom Penh, giving useful advice for the rest of our trip. Read moreI loved staying here, in fact we extended our stay by a further two nights to a total of 6 nights. The location is great and close to the national park and market, and plenty of restaurants.
The room was cleaned daily and the gardens are extremely well maintained. Bed was really comfortable which was a surprise after travelling S.E.A.
Whilst already fantastic, the service makes this an absolute gem. The owner and staff are lovely and warm, welcoming, and do everything to make the stay great.
Would I stay anywhere else? Not a chance. This is now our ‘go-to’ place if we ever stay in Kep again.

Unfortunately there were holes in the mosquito net. When I pointed it to the man the next day he told me he can't replace them and gets people to nit them. Fair enough, but these had so many holes there weren't..
Also, we chose the place for the free bikes but once we were there they told us almist all the bikes were broken. We decided to use the ones that the lady pointed at us and indeed these as well, flat tires and puncture.
