I write this review not because I feel vindictive but because this hotel can do better and listen to their customers... A LOT BETTER THAN WHAT WE EXPERIENCED. ||||1. We arrived.. the hotel booking was wrong from booking.com and the pricing was wrong. They asked us to cancel the booking.com and go through them, which made us feel uncomfortable, as we would not have any record of us staying there, if anything were to happen us. ||||2. The entrance ramp of the hotel was very steep and our car was unable to drive up the ramp without scratching it's under carriage. We were able drive up the ramp on a diagonal curve but with much difficulty and potential damage to our vehicle.||||3. The hotel lighting in the hall was flickering and was not well maintained. ||||4. The feeling of the hallway and rooms were creepy. They were not well maintained and lacked lighting. That being said that is just a perspective and when we decide to leave the staff point of contact we dealt with was understanding.||||5. We thought we were alone in our thoughts and being paranoid.. but then we looked at the reviews on booking.com, Agoda and Trip advisor and many others shared our opinion of its ghost house like feeling. ||||6. This is really the reason why I was compelled to write this review, is when we recorded all this and put it on our social media accounts, a representative from the hotel, message my wife personally in a rude fashion. She did greet my wife with any formality or empathize with our perspective, which was honest and not sinister in any way, but she engage with my wife in a passive agree manner, which was unprofessional. ||||||If we did not like it or did not enjoy the experience, why should we be spoken to unprofessionally? Should we just lie and say it was great? Do they not want to hear the truth. If they asked us nicely to remove content and cater to our feedback I would of been happy to speak to them, but that is not what we received. ||||The hotel was one thing, but the communication from the representative was...

I found for the money I payed it was very good value for money . l booked with agoda I payed 21.50 us dollar a night I had a air con room wich was very nice . and I got a free breakfast included in the price which bassic but ok,. The only problem is you are a fair way out form the beach . But they have bycycle's you can use for free. There is many place's where you can rent a small motobike a twist and go for 4-6 u.s...
