I have booked the room at the hotel. The price is little bit high, 40 USD for single room (although they converted the double room into single room). The hotel is not really in good location. It's now called High Sky Hotel. Very comfortable rooms in a quiet area with great views. Breakfast is good. Price is very good for the facilities. Some negatives. WiFi is not so reliable and only 144Mbps. Location is away from the main tourist spots in the city and costs about USD5-7 by tuk tuk each way...
