Even one star is too much for this hotel. Five tated raters, have you ever used another hotel before? I am sick and tired of faker raters. I will elaborate:
1.biggest problem: network and AC Imagine you are in a fairly far away location from city center. Barren soil nothing to do. One of the worst thing you can have is not working wifi and not super slow 3g(i guess its a location prob, but you better have proper wifi in that case!) AC emits hot air. Know that you are in cambodia, not canada. It was just terrible.
Service level is unprofessional This part i just give up. Because most of the service here is ran by untrained staffs
3.location Taxi drivers will laugh once they find out how deep you are going in.
4.breakfast is terrible Everyday same and dried out food. Nothing fresh. I feel like eating dead food. Never knew starbucks make so good breakfast.
