KOL House — Hotel in Khan Pou Senchey

Due to an error made in flight times, I found myself here for a night.||||The room is on the top level with a lovely Khmer family living on lower levels. The room is private with shared cooking facilities & an outdoor, undercover eating area. ||||A secure property. The room was spacious & exceptionally clean, the bathroom was large, very clean & had better quality toiletries than the hotel I'd just stayed at. The AC worked very well, also a fan to move the cool air around, the wifi worked well, the QS bed was comfortable & bedding was clean. Everything you need is available. ||||The owner was very helpful accessing food delivery, their pet dog is very friendly, with room to play with him in the quaint garden at the front of the property.||||This place is closer to the airport than the city, so due to its location, its quiet & if you love watching planes taking off, its perfect.||||I wouldn't recommend it for young party-goers staying out late owing to the family having to let you in & out of the gate.||||Would...

Looking for a place that feels like home, nearby the airport, this place is worth to stay. If you are carrying a heavy and big luggage, 3rd floor is not recommended as the stairs is quite narrow. But should be okay if you can bargaining with the owner to have a room that easy to carrying your luggage (depends on the availability) I leave my luggage down stairs with the direct care by the owner and just carry important stuff upstairs. Felt like home and I was there for just a day. The owner is unbelieveably friendly and helpful. And I got best friends with the dog within 2 minutes. He's a good soul, no worries! The room was very clean and comfortable. What made my morning was the free selfmade tea along with a water boiler they have for free in the rooms. Really cool!
