BK Hotel — Hotel in Khan Sen Sok

The room was very modern and big and looked rather clean. However, we didn’t have our room cleaned once throughout our 3 night stay which was disappointing. We had to ask for bin bags and toilet roll at reception because we’d ran out and didn’t get any clean towels. Nice and clean hotel. Looks exactly like the picture. Comfortable bed and very good quality mini fridge. There is no room service which means room does not get cleaned, only one roll of toilet paper was given. The water pressure in the shower is weak, could be better if there was pressure. Not impressed at all! Awful service. Couldn’t answer basic questions regarding payment and about the room. Thankfully we only stayed the night and we were out of there early morning.
