Worst hostel I have stayed in! Stayed here for 4 nights every single night there was the loudest music every single night. This music carried on into the early hours of the morning every night we stayed here. Probably had the 4 worst nights sleep I have had so far on my travels. The rooms do not have walls just thin bamboo sheets so np protection from the excessive and obnoxious noise. In previous reviews they stated they have built a beach bar to limit noise this so called “beach bar” is just a few metres away with industrial sized speakers blaring music. The owners did not seem to care and did not have a welcoming feeling about the hostel at all. Every night we were kept up all night due to music levels that made the beds vibrate and playing trance music until 4am. There were people smoking right outside of the rooms which had walls made of bamboo so it came right through. The owners didn’t seem to care and were joining in with the people doing this. Only redeeming quality of this hostel was the cute...

Hans and Lauren (the owners) are awesome people who are incredibly inclusive and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Got a private room and found it very spacious and comfortable. They also host a boat tour to various beaches on the island that’s guaranteed to be a good time. Aside from that, they’ll fill you in on whatever other activities might be taking place on the island so you can stay busy. Can’t say enough good things...
