Eco-Home Siem Reap- Homestay — Hotel in Siem Reap

We ordered two rooms in this hotel for three people for three nights. Because the system only shows two people's name, the hotel wasted our limited travel time to ask extra money directly based on this reason. We have no time to argue, so pay them extra cash they want and leave. We ordered two rooms for three people,but the hotel only gave us three beds, sleeping with his staff together. And ask us extra money very rudely instead of asking hotel's APP. The hotel has fake describtion on hotel's app. A. No normal room at all. Just beds in one place with poor ceiling which has huge noise when raining. B. No hot water of shower and facut. C. Many insects everywhere. The bed net is too small to cover the bed. D. The floor is so dirty, even the "room". E. You have to sleep with hotel's staff in the same area without necessary curtains to block your bed. And the staff sleeps in the dianoal line/opposite to your beds. That means the hotel staff can see your whole body when you are sleeping. That is so dangerous and crazy. The boss are very impatient and rude. They didn't listen customers' voice and argued very loud.

We already paid three rooms' bill(two rooms' bill already attached above and the third one gave to your staff directly when we left) However you always said we are lying. Haha! We are tolerate your language as a teacher. Think about it! We don't need to pay you extra money when we leave if we are lying. Don't think you own us a sincere apologize for all the arguement for the problem? We don't need your apologize of the poor "beds" environment(cold water, insects, sleeping with your staff together……mentioned above) although we ordered rooms. We really upset for your attitude, language, slander, blackmail and being in tangle all the time. If you really ask for the order system, we would like to know why there is no rooms for us. Whatever, we are not own you any money. If you want to use our case to attract new and more attention for your hotel's development. I have nothing to say. I ended up in Eco Home unexpectedly and very late in the night. Dara and Phanet saved my life that night and received me with a big smile. They really made me feel at home from the first moment. They even cooked for me when everything else was already closed!||I understood then why that name, that is an authentic home! That family treat you like one more member of it. The place is cozy and very clean, with very comfortable beds and nice spots to chill. They also have free water to refill your bottles and reduce plastic consumption, and a great transport service, they make sure they offer the best and the best price!||And something that gave me hopes and joy is that they are extremely conscious and commited with the environment and education, they are working very hard to make of Cambodia a better place with happy and capable people and sustainable resources and strategies to take care of that beautiful land. ||I couldn't be more grateful for this amazing experience. My husband and I had such a lovely time at Hostel Salakamreuk!! I was initially a bit apprehensive to book our accommodation on-line, for our trip to Cambodia. However, the proprietor Mr. Dara, was nice enough to arrange for a video call via watsapp upon booking just so he could clarify some of the doubts I had, and put my concerns to rest. He was also nice enough to pre-book 'Giant Ibis' bus tickets for us from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, since I was unable to do the same. His family is incredibly hospitable, and are always making sure you are comfortable and happy. Mr. Dara is extremely knowledgeable and will give you amazing tips on how to go about your itinerary in Siem Reap. His family and he also arranged for a cake to surprise my husband on our anniversary. He was also nice enough to accompany my husband and I on a day-trip to Kulen mountains, since we were unable to find a guide on the particular day.
