We had a great stay with our French group in this hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful always help with smile. Room clean and nice.|Pool looked clean everyday. Breakfast not too much but enough. Food so nice with Family Set Menu special Chicken Wing. Good driver and hotel tour price so good for our group. Massage on arrival day only 10$ and they still keep offer discount for next days. |- owner looked so seriously with staff he talk a bit loudly.|But everything here was ok as they had a good team work. We really love and felt pity to all Cambodian staff they looked so hard with their life.|Thank you everyone which made our trip full of happiness. If you want to have a chill and relax environment, you should choose this hotel and if you are aparty animal this hotel is also recommended as it is just only 5 mins tuktuk ride to the City Center (Pub Street). Staff ( esp the GM) are very friendly and accomodating. They always wear a big smile on their faces.. The pool is big and the trees surrounding it gives a feeling of being one with nature. Booked for 4D & 3N and had to extend for another night and the staff were so accomodating bout it, even agreed for us to have late check out to accomodate us of our late night flight. ||However, amenities are old and needs upgrading, ESPECIALLY the TV and AC. Good food and good price with their Family Set Menu. We had a good chicken Wing. ||They arranged a good Trip to temple with good driver. ||Massage on arrival day only 10$ per person and they keep discount for us in the next day. ||- Owner seem so serious guy which talk too loudly to the staff but it was not the problem for us we just feel pity and love to all staff there.||Surely we will come back again and choose here for return traveler.
