Stayed here from.24-28 June 2017. My fiance & I.first trip to Siam Reap, partly to celebrate his birthday. Upon confirmation of hotel booking, they wrote to me via email to suggest a few trip around the city. However, I asked for a small favor from them to put a birthday cake in the room just to surprise my fiance. They replied to my email so quickly asking if they should celebrate with him too. In the end they really prepared a birthday cake to surprise my fiance in the room. That's just so sweet of them.
When we arrived, the staff were already waiting for us at the arrival hall. BTW, hotel booking comes with free tuktuk and breakfast. Free tuktuk to and from city and airport.
Once we reached the hotel, the staff gives us few suggestions of city tour and helped us to book for the trip too. Then showed us the way to the room The room is clean, spaces and new.
All the staffs in this hotel is very friendly and polite. They really make you feel comfortable. This hotel is near to the airport, and slightly far from city. Because me and my fiance prefer somewhere quiet and out of the city, this place is just the perfect one for us.
Breakfast is decent, however need to improve on the varieties. Everyday is just the same and until day 3 we got bored with the food.
Only thing that bothers me is the noise from upstairs' guests. This is because the floor is made of wood and if the guests are inconsiderate, you may hear the footsteps from above.

Read moreThe hotel is in a quiet area but very close to Pub Street and the Old Market, just a few minutes away by tuk tuk or even walking. The location was perfect for me – peaceful but still close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the design. The beds were soft and the whole room felt fresh and relaxing. The pool area was also very nice and clean. It’s surrounded by trees and flowers, which made it feel calm and cozy. I enjoyed sitting by the pool and just relaxing. Breakfast was good too. It’s served in an open area with a lot of natural light. The atmosphere in the morning was very chill and peaceful. All the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. But I want to say a big thank you to the front desk team — they really went above and beyond. They helped me arrange my temple tour, got me a tuk tuk driver, and even took care of my airport pick-up and drop-off. That made everything so easy for me and I really appreciated it. I really enjoyed my stay here. If I come back to Siem Reap, I would definitely stay at Elysium Suite again....
