This is a great gem of a hotel in Siem Reap. The location is not too far from Pub St (8 min via tuktuk and there are plenty of them around) and other amenities. There is a grocery store that is a 14 min walk (Angkor Market). Plenty of local restaurants nearby. Coming to the property itself, it's very tidy and the staff is super cheerful and attentive. The breakfast is free and plentiful. The pool is a nice addition and Wifi speed is amazing if you plan on working remotely. I took an interview from the room. The did laundry so quickly and promptly for a cheap price ($2 per kg). During our stay, Siem Reap experienced some unusually cold weather (12-14C at night and early mornings) due to which their solar water heating system struggled a bit. As we entered, we were provided with a welcome drink. Rooms were promptly provided as we were expected. One of us who was on a wheel chair was accorded special privileges attending to his needs and accompanying to his room. The room and bathroom were clean. So were the bed linen – white and the beds well made. Free WiFi password came with the room key. The room included a fridge, was air-conditioned and incorporated a TV and a kettle with facilities to make tea or coffee. The hotel boasted of an outdoor swimming pool with a small garden. We had breakfast at the hotel. The service was good. Both Cambodian and western food was available. The service at the restaurant too was good, the staff being very helpful. The view from the room was not that great facing some slums on the left side – but the service and facilities provided are great and compensates the view. Each room has a little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the freshness of the evening and...
