I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the top-notch service, especially from Mr. Sambo, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was unforgettable. He remembered my name and made sure to listen to everything I said, adjusting several things to improve my stay. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.
The amenities here are outstanding! The gym and pool are great, and I loved the full breakfast with made-to-order eggs — such a treat to start the day. The on-site massage service was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the temples. I highly recommend a mix between their Swedish and Khmer massage! Their ginger tea after the massage was an amazing way to complete my day!
The hotel is conveniently located close to Angkor Wat, Pub Street, and a variety of delicious restaurants. It’s also near a market and 7-Eleven, making everything you need just a short walk away. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, which made for restful nights.
The rooms are super comfortable, with soft beds and an extra bed topper for that added comfort. I loved the combination of an outdoor bathtub and an indoor shower, such a unique touch. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and their smoothies were so refreshing!
I was also impressed with the little details, like when they sprayed mosquito repellent in my room when I mentioned a mosquito got into my room one day, which shows just how much they care about guests’ comfort.
This hotel is perfect for both families and solo travelers alike. With exceptional service, wonderful amenities, and a quiet location, I highly recommend staying here! You won’t be...
Read moreThe hotel isn’t far from the giant ibis bus station, which is ideal after a long day travelling, and is also close to the town and to Angkor Wat. The hotel is pristine, and very peaceful. We had the pool and the gym to ourselves. The breakfast spread was very nice, having a good mixture of western and Asian delicacy’s. The room was spacious, and had all the amenities needed, and for two single bed room with breakfast included for 2 nights we paid £65 in total, an extremely fair price. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They always greet you on a morning, and when you arrive to the hotel after being away for the day, and they are always so happy to see you. They made us feel so welcomed, and if I ever come back to Siem Reap this is the hotel I’d stay at again without a doubt. Thank you for letting us...
Read moreWe have tried a lot of hotels in Siem Reap but this one is our favorite! We were warmly welcomed with a complementary drink and the staff kindly showed us our room. The room is spacious and smells very nice! The location is also perfect. It's away from the busy and noisy city centre but close enough to get to the centre with a quick tuktuk ride. They also have a gym which has enough equipment for a quick workout. During breakfast, the manager took some time to socialize and provide extra service which was also very nice. The hotel even provided transfer to the bus station at 4 am because we had to leave early and they prepared a breakfast box for us! Overall this hotel has been a great experience and we'll definitely book again when we go to...
