The hotel is in the center of Douala, in the Akwa area. Like many other hotels in Cameroon, the hotel against the local 4 stars standard is above the average. But against any other hotel from the same category it is lacking behind. Rooms are comfortable and quiet but outdated from a design and amenity perspective. This hotel is really a motel. The rooms are small and strangely outfitted. Some rooms have the toilet in what equates to a small closet. The Air Conditioning is great . The room deco is not standard some room have old tatty leather sofa some have new sofa with vinyl covering. Showers are a disgrace and never cleaned properly although the water pressure is good.
