This hotel looks beautiful when you arrive but you find issues after entering your room. Their rooms facing the ocean has amazing views and the sound of the waves crashing on the bank is so relaxing and calming especially when you're with your spouse.

This hotel isn't maintained, it seems they just do some patch work here and there. The toilet bowl doesn't have a seat and no cover, the architect who designed the bathroom did a very poor job. The shower area before entering the pool looks like it hasn't been maintained in about 3 years, the pool itself hasn't been cleaned for guests to use. A hotel that changes the sheets and cleans the rooms after 48 hours.

The worst part of it is that my wife and I saw cockroaches crawling on our comforter, and when we complained to the receptionists, even an apology wasn't tendered, we had to checkout of the hotel and look for a better one.

During our stay, it seemed we were the only guests who were lodged as we didn't see any clients and all the rooms on our floor were open all time when we stepped out.

Don't stay at this hotel as you might find rats moving...

This hotel looks nice from the outside but when you get to your room, then you start noticing problems. A hotel that has rooms facing the Ocean is so beautiful, sleeping and hearing the sound of water is so relaxing and calming especially when you're with your spouse. The hotel is hardly maintained, poorly managed, sheets are changed after 2 days even after asking them to change it for you, they decline. Their pool is dirty and the person who cleans is no where to be found, the shower area before you use the pool hasn't been maintained in like 3 years, the design of the bathroom is very poor, toilet pot doesn't have seats or cover. The most annoying thing is that my wife and I found cockroaches on our comforter and we had to checkout of the hotel the next day. I think we were the only guests at this hotel during our stay because we didn't find any guests and most of their rooms were always open, and it makes perfect sense now. I would've given 0 stars if it was available, please don't book this hotel for any reason because you might find rats...

Après des jours d'appréhension due à certains commentaires peu élogieux, j'ai été très agréablement surpris (et ma compagne aussi) par cet hotel que je ne connaissais pas malgré de fréquents séjours à Kribi.||La plus fréquente des critiques concernait le petit déjeuner: A 3500F/personne (en fait 4000 car j'ai fait rajouter des sardines dans l'ommelette), il y en avait largement pour me satisfaire et même assez pour donner à notre fille. Café, chocolat, lait croissant (industriel), pain beurre confiture, ommelette, fruits frais. Une bonne collation pour débuter la journée et sans supplément pour le service en chambre||Le personnel: sans aucun doute l'âme de cet hôtel. A l'écoute 24/24. Ils se mettent en 4 pour satisfaire le client. L'hotel va être rénové en Février et bien sur certaines chambres peuvent avoir de petits problèmes. Après un (petit) problème de plomberie, nous avons été replacés sans problème dand une autre chambre (sans eau chaude, mais l'eau est à 28°C, c'est supportable et raffraichissant).||Les Chambres: Vastes et comfortables et avec une vraie vue sur la mer (pour les chambre concernées). Jamais de ma vie je n'ai eu une vue aussi proche de la mer.|Matelas mousse de taille standard pour le lit. Ca me change du King size de la maison, mais nous avons dormi sans problème à 3 (avec ma fille de 3 ans). Salle de bain fonctionnelle, clim efficace, balcon agréable.... Je reviendrai à la chambre 305!||La plage: L'hotel est bati sur un éperon rocheux qui se poursuit en mer. C'était très bien pour moi car cela crée des "baignoires" où les vagues arrivent cassées, ce qui est idéal pour initier une petite fille de 3 ans aux plaisirs de la mer. Pour les amoureux de la natation, 100m au nors et vius serez sur une plage de sable fin avec des vagues.... Bon, on n'est pas à Lacanau, mais ceux qui aiment la méditerrannée apprécieront.||Manger autour: La dame de l'acceuil m'a dit qu'ils faisaient toujours restaurant... mais c'était durant le checkout alors je n'ai pas testé; c'est dommage. En tout cas le restau/Pizzeria juste à coté est un établissement OK.|Ce ne sont pas des pros de la pizza (pâte lourde et peu cuite, associations de denrées etranges (ie: boeuf/crevette) mais avant de leur jetter la pierre, je dirais qu'ils sont au niveau des pizzeria françaises.|Il y a aussi un restau 100m au sud, mais je n'ai pas eu le...
