Hilltop Motor Inn — Hotel in Alberta

The first room we were given we couldn't turn on the cold water in the bathtub ,half the heater blew hot air and the other half blew cold ,the phone didn't work.They moved us next door and the bathroom fan didn't work all it did was squeal ,the phone didn't work in that room either we later found out it was the phone jack that didn't work,it took half an hour to make half a pot of coffee,the one bed squeaked so bad it sounded like a duck quacking all the beds were uncomfortable,the dead bolt stuck and we almost couldn't get out of the room and even had a hard time to get the fridge door open.We were told the owner would be back the next day and would contact us then were told he would be back the next day and we never did hear from him.Was a very...

Wish I could give this place a 0 star. 1st when you click on the website it links to a drug purchasing site. 2nd the “manage” was an absolutely vile individual and when I asked to speak with the owner he absolutely refused. The room was quite clean as far as motels go, and the price was reasonable. The beds were a little too firm though.||The phone in the room wasn't working, so had to use my cell.
