We stayed at this little motel for two weeks recently, as we were doing some work in the area. Now understand...this is not the Hilton - so don't have those expectations...but it is a clean, comfortable place to stay!||Given that we had stayed there some years ago, I would say that Zoe, manager, has done some serious updates to the place! Floors have been replaced, painting updated...landscaping improved. While we were there umbrellas were put out in the outside tables...new bbq's for use...it was just a great place to stay.||We appreciated being able to bring our dog, for a nominal charge...and we were quite comfortable.||Bathroom had a new shower stall...and it was always clean with shampoo, soaps supplied. The cleaning staff is very friendly!||Our friends had a cabin with a kitchenette and it was very well stocked with pots and pans etc. We had a fridge, very cool microwave, coffee maker, TV in our room. There was wifi...which was a little slow...but it was there, given where the motel is located at the base of a bluff.||The place was always clean, lawns cut, everything tidied...very comfortable for us.||Zoe was always there, working hard...and if you asked for anything, she did her best to accommodate you.||Nearby you can walk to the Old Welcome Inn restaurant/pub...and the Dubh Glas gin distillery is open weekends at the end of the service road. Fascinating place...go for a tour. I will write a review soon.||We will...
Read moreWe were on our way to Vancouver and found this place on booking.com well the lady at the front desk was wonderful , polite and offered us the exact room we wanted non smoking and we could park our motor bikes right out front out door room 9. If anyone is looking for a great deal well I would recommend this place we walked 200 feet to th eye old welcome inn , it is like an old english pub in England and the food is fabulous I had a ceasar salad with fresh pacific salmon and the portions are very generous. The honey lager beer was good also , so for the wife and I for one night at motel and food at pub beside motel $101 not bad when in in osoyoos a room was that much and we were only 7.7 km down the road which is nothing when you are saving $30/ night . So all in all I give this place...

I regularly conduct business in the South Okanagan and initially thought I'd discovered a decent, affordable, safe place to stay. The transaction went sideways when their front venetian blind would not drop down - and bent when I pulled hard. When I approached them to discuss it, they cut me off, produced a retail receipt, and charged me $30. They were rigid, judgmental, non-listening. Yet, they were able to fix the blind. The curtains at the back fly off the rod because there is no end-stopper. Yet, they treated me like I was a given problem. I've never experienced such a strange disconnect. Clearly, I will not return; but sadly, I believe they feel they gained in this...
